Come join us on an epic 6 days of wildlife viewing in the infamous Okavango Delta and Chobe National Park. Explore the riverfront, take a Mokoro ride through the heart of the Delta, and make extensive game drives along the Savuti Region, the Khwai Concession, and the Moremi Game Reserve. This marvelous region of Botswana is home to some of the most impressive animals in the world, giving you a chance to spot families of elephants and hippos, herds of zebra, antelope, giraffe and wildebeest, and the very rare and beautiful white and black rhino. As stunning as these creatures are, lurking in the distance are some of the most deadly and graceful predators in the world, home to the might lion, as well as the leopard, cheetah, hyena and crocodile. With so much variety to offer, this wonderful oasis in the heart of Botswana will surely amaze at every stop.

Day 1: Maun to Okavango Delta (Morning Mokoro Ride and Afternoon Game Walk)

We depart for our first day of safari early in the morning, and take the short 45 minute drive from Maun to the Mokoro station. Here, we will depart in the traditional dugout canoe out to explore the infamous Okavango Delta. Our guide will make good use of our time on the island, allowing for an extensive game walk in the afternoon to search for our prey on foot, stalking the herds of Zebra and Wildebeest just like the many big cats that call this area home. In the evening, we settle in front of the fire for a delicious dinner and a night under the stars.

Day 2: Okavango Delta/Moremi Xiini (Morning Mokoro, Afternoon Game Drive to Moremi)

After a hearty breakfast, we enjoy a relaxing ride in the canoe back to the Mokoro station and jump back into the Land Cruiser to go into the heart of Moremi, the Xiini region of the Moremi Wildlife Reserve. Adjacent to the only proclaimed wildlife area in the Okavango Delta, the Moremi Wildlife Reserve boasts some very impressive scenery and animals such as the elephant, hippo, giraffe and even the very rare black rhino. It's breathtaking wilderness, with picturesque views of floodplains, lagoons and grasslands will have you mesmerized.

Day 3: Moremi/Khwai Concession (Game Drive out to Khwai Concession and Afternoon Game Drive)

After packing up our camp, we now depart for a game drive out to the Khwai Concessions. Once we arrive, we will depart on a 2 hour boat ride through the Khwai Concessions, an area that will delight with its diverse beauty comprising of a stunning landscape of forests, lagoons, floodplains and islands teeming with wildlife. Game viewing is excellent year-round as resident species such as the lion, cheetah, leopard, elephant, and countless others roam this impressive landscape. Tonight we have the option for a night drive in the Khwai if you are feeling adventurous.

Day 4: Khwai Concession/Savuti (Game Drive out to Savuti and Afternoon Game Drive)

After a good cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast, we depart on towards Savuti, hoping to see some last minute wildlife as we make our way out of the Concession. Our afternoon will consist of a good game drive exploring the array of wildlife and wilderness that Savuti offers. Savuti is well known for its' predators, most notably its' resident lion and hyena population, and if we are lucky we may just get up close and personal. Spend the night under the stars after a delicious home cooked meal on the campfire.

Day 5: Savuti/Chobe National Park (Morning Game Drive out to Chobe, Afternoon Game Drive)

After a hearty breakfast, we have a final game drive out of Savuti to Chobe National Park. Our afternoon consists of exploring the Chobe Game Reserve, where we will make an extensive game-drive along along one of the densest populations of game in Africa. Not only do animals such as the antelope and giraffe roam the plains while natural predators like the lion run wild, but this area has one of the largest population of elephants in the world. After our game drive, we retire for the evening and enjoy the roaring fire on our last night of camp.

Day 6: Chobe National Park/Kasane (Morning Game Drive and Afternoon River Cruise)

On the final day of our adventure, we complete our tour with a game drive through the Chobe National Park. In the afternoon, we will hop aboard a river cruise and head downstream to where the animals seek reprieve from the hot afternoon sun. Enjoy viewing families of elephants bathing in the mud along the shore, herds of buffalo and wildebeest grazing near the bank, and get a glimpse of the rivers mighty predators, the hippo and crocodile, as they lie in wait for their next meal. After a lovely afternoon relaxing along the water, we make our way back to Kasane, where you can make plans to head to Victoria Falls for your next adventure.

Day 1: Chobe National Park (Morning Game Drive and Afternoon River Cruise)

Your guide will meet you in the morning as you begin your adventure with Odirile Safaris in the Chobe game reserve, making an extensive game-drive along one of the densest populations of game in Africa. Not only do animals such as the antelope and giraffe roam the plains while natural predators like the lion run wild, but this area has one of the largest population of elephants in the world. In the afternoon, we head down to the Chobe River to enjoy a scenic trip down the river by boat before we head to our camping spot for dinner and a night under the open canopy.

Day 2: Chobe/Savuti (Morning Game Drive to Savuti and Afternoon Game Drive)

After a hearty breakfast, we depart for Savuti with a final game drive through the Chobe area. Getting a last glimpse of the park and it's wildlife, we finally enter the extensive savannah and rolling grasslands that make up the backdrop of this incredible region. The plains make a great place for many animals to graze, and the plentiful marshlands bring herds of animals to the region. With such a diverse population of prey, Savuti is well known for its' predators, most notably its' resident lion and hyena population. If we are lucky we may just get up close and personal.

Day 3: Savuti/Khwai Concession (Morning Game Drive to Khwai and Afternoon Game Drive)

In the morning we depart for the Khwai Concession, making a final game drive through Savuti to the Mokoro Station. The plains are always a highlight and the area is known for its great concentration of predators. Once we arrive, we gear up and head out to the game reserve in a the traditional canoes used by locals and safari guides to head into the bush. After dinner if you are feeling adventurous, we can head out for a nighttime game drive to see what activity we can get a glimpse of.

Day 4: Khwai/Moremi Game Reserve (Morning Game Drive to Moremi and Afternoon Game Drive)

After getting to explore the Concession, it is time to take our Mokoro out and head to the Moremi Game Reserve, hopefully getting some spectacular photographs of the wild game and birds that call this area home. On our way to Moremi, we see if we can spot some of the herds of zebra and impala, and potentially some of the hungry predators that are searching for their next meal. Tonight we relax by the fire and enjoy a hearty home cooked meal before retiring for the evening.

Day 5: Moremi/Okavango Delta (Morning Game Drive to Okavango and Afternoon Mokoro)

After packing up camp, we have a morning game drive out of the Moremi Game Reserve, getting our last glimpse of this stunning wilderness paradise. After some final photos and epic scenery, we arrive at the Mokoro station to depart into the heart of the Delta. Get your binoculars out, because with over 350 species of birds, this is a great place to set your eyes to the heavens. Herds of zebra and antelope are common, but keep your eyes peeled for the families of elephants grazing on the shores and the stray hippopotamus basking in the water.

Day 6: Okavango Delta to Maun (Morning Game Walk, Mokoro to Station, and Afternoon Drive to Maun)

Up bright and early this morning, we depart for a game walk after a hearty breakfast and coffee. After a few days in the Land Cruiser, it feels good to stretch our legs and navigate through the wilderness. You are really on safari now as we search for our prey on foot, stalking the herds of Zebra and Wildebeest just like the many big cats that call this area home. After a good morning of solid game watching, we depart on our mokoro ride back to the station, and make the short trip back to Maun where if time allows, we can set up an optional scenic flight over the Delta before you depart for your next adventure.

Day 1: Makgadikgadi Pans (Nxai Pan) (Morning and Afternoon Game Drive)

We depart for our first day of safari early in the morning, and head to the Makgadikgadi Pans, a stunning area known for its myriad of salt flats. On our first day out we explore the Nxai Pan, one of the largest of the many topographic depressions in the region. Herds of zebras and wildebeest can be seen grazing after the rains come, and the pans are also home to many antelope species, such as the gemsbok and eland. After a day admiring the wildlife and scenery, we depart for camp for a fireside dinner and crystal clear stargazing.

Day 2: Makgadikgadi (Kumaga) (Morning Game Drive to Kumaga, Afternoon Game Drive)

After our first night of camping, we depart a little deeper into the Kumaga Pans, where herds of elephants are plentiful. The salt flats stretch for miles covering an area almost as large as Switzerland, which is a truly magnificent sight. Get your binoculars out, as this is a great area for bird watching, as some 350 species cover the area. After our final day in the salt pans, we have one more night at camp before we make our trip to the infamous Okavango Delta.

Day 3: Makgadikgadi/Okavango (Morning Game Drive to Okavango, Afternoon Mokoro)

As we depart for one last game drive out of the Makgadikgadi Pans, we head back towards Maun before making the quick drive to the Mokoro Station, our launching point to the Okavango Delta. We meet our captain in the afternoon and load up the mokoro, traditionally a wooden canoe pushed through the high grass waters of the delta. Keep your eyes peeled for herds of wildebeest and the occasional family of elephants, as well as many different species of exotic birds on our way to camp. If time allows, your guide will take you on a short walk before a delicious campfire dinner helps lull you to sleep.

Day 4: Okavango/Moremi Game Reserve (Morning Game Walk, Mokoro to Station, and Drive to Moremi)

Up bright and early this morning, we depart for a game walk after a hearty breakfast and coffee. After a few days in the Land Cruiser, it feels good to stretch our legs and navigate through the wilderness. After a good morning of solid game watching, we depart on our mokoro ride back to the station, and hop in the jeep for a drive to the Moremi Game Reserve to set up camp for the night.

Day 5: Moremi/Khwai Concession (Game Drive out to Khwai Concession and Afternoon Game Drive)

After a hearty breakfast, we now depart for a game drive out to the Khwai Concessions. The Khwai Concession is known for its diverse beauty, comprising of a stunning landscape of forests, lagoons, floodplains and islands teeming with wildlife. Game viewing is excellent year-round as resident species such as the lion, cheetah, leopard, elephant, and countless others roam this impressive landscape. Tonight we have the option for a night drive in the Khwai if you are feeling adventurous.

Day 6: Khwai Concession/Maun (Game Drive in Khwai, Drive to Maun)

After a delicious breakfast, we make our final game drive to see if we can tick off the last of the big five. Keep your eyes peeled for the big cats sprawled under a tree and the herds of zebra and antelope grazing in the plains. Once we have done all we can to cross all the animals off our list, it's time to make our way back to Maun, the perfect time to book an optional scenic plane ride over the Delta before making your way back to the hotel.

Day 1: Chobe National Park (Morning Game Drive and Afternoon River Cruise)

After a hearty breakfast, we depart for Savuti with a final game drive through the Chobe area. The rolling plains and grasslands are vast, and the extra time here exploring all the region has to offer will pay off dividends in our search for wild game. Head to camp tonight to enjoy a fireside meal and a warm bed.

Day 6: Savuti/Kasane (Morning Game Drive, Drive to Kasane)

Unfortunately, our final day of safari has arrived. As we pack up camp, we get ready for a final game drive to explore the vast area of Savuti, letting your guide lead the way. Driving through the rolling plains, we get our last glimpse of herds of animals grazing in the grasslands, and potentially spotting a crouching lioness stalking towards its prey. After stretching out the day as long as we can, it is time to depart for Kasane where you can make plans to head to the largest waterfall in the world, Victoria Falls.
